We stand behind the accuracy of our form preparation. If your USCIS application is rejected due to a form preparation error caused by Immiva, we will refund your full Immiva service fee.

What's Covered

• Errors in form generation caused by our software
• Incorrect form field mapping from your answers
• Missing required fields that our system should have caught

What's Not Covered

This guarantee does not apply to:

• Eligibility issues — If USCIS denies your application because you don't meet the requirements (e.g., insufficient residency, criminal history, failed interview), this is not a form preparation error
• User-provided information — If you entered incorrect information (wrong dates, misspelled names, inaccurate answers), we cannot be responsible for the resulting errors
• Document deficiencies — If USCIS issues a Request for Evidence (RFE) or denies your case due to missing or insufficient supporting documents you submitted
• USCIS processing issues — Delays, policy changes, or discretionary denials unrelated to form accuracy
• Incomplete applications — If you did not complete and submit your Immiva-prepared forms

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at support@immiva.com within 60 days of receiving your USCIS rejection notice
2. Include a copy of the rejection notice from USCIS
3. Briefly explain which form error you believe caused the rejection
4. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days

Refund Amount

Refunds are limited to the Immiva service fee paid for the affected application. We do not refund USCIS government filing fees, biometric fees, or any other third-party costs.
