Do I qualify for both forms?

What changed with concurrent H-1B processing in 2025?
Since January 2025 USCIS is no longer required to process a bundled I-539 and I-765 alongside the H-1B principal's I-129, because the Edakunni settlement expired. Bundling the two dependent forms with each other still leads to concurrent processing in most cases.
