Who We Are

At Immiva, we believe that navigating the U.S. immigration process shouldn’t be overwhelming, expensive, or slow. That’s why we built a smarter way. Our platform combines intuitive technology with clear guidance to help you prepare and manage immigration forms—without the usual stress of paperwork or the high costs of legal services.

Our Story

Immiva was born out of my own experience with the U.S. immigration system. Over the years, I applied for multiple visas, work authorizations (EADs), and eventually a green card. Every step felt unnecessarily complicated, repetitive, and prone to errors.

When I applied for my green card through a law firm, the process required eleven different USCIS forms:

• For me: I-140, I-765, I-131, I-485, I-988 and I-693
• For my wife as my dependent: I-765, I-131, I-485, I-988 and I-693

Alongside the optional G-28 and G-1145.

What struck me most was the endless repetition. For example, both of us had to type in the same exact field — “U.S. physical address” — nine separate times across all the forms. Despite paying thousands in legal fees, the system still failed us: when we reviewed the filings, we found 76 mistakes and typos in our applications.
