Our story
It started with 76 mistakes.

The problem, first hand
Our founder went through the U.S. immigration system the slow way: several visas, work permits, and finally a green card. That one green card case took eleven USCIS forms between him and his wife.
They hired a law firm and paid thousands in fees. When they read the finished filings before mailing them, they found 76 mistakes and typos.

Immiva is founded
Tax software walks millions of people through the IRS every year. There was no reason USCIS forms had to stay worse. So in 2023 we set up Simple Immi LLC in New Jersey and started building Immiva: plain questions instead of form jargon, every answer entered once and reused everywhere it appears, and checks written from the USCIS instructions for each form.

What we build now
Immiva now covers citizenship (N-400), removing conditions on a green card (I-751), family petitions (I-130 and I-130A), adjustment of status (I-485 with I-864), a change of nonimmigrant status to H-4 (I-539), and work permits (H-4 EAD, J-2 EAD). We check every answer as you go, and the whole packet gets a pre-filing audit before you print, sign and file it.
The goal has not moved: no retyping, no avoidable errors, and no four-figure invoice for filling in forms about your own life.
