Immigration applications, prepared and checked

Prepare your USCIS forms with clarity, not guesswork.

From citizenship and green cards to family sponsorship, work authorization and changes of status, Immiva turns government forms into plain questions and checks the details before you file.

  • Free eligibility check
  • No account to start
  • Money-back guarantee
  • Every answer checked as you type, then the whole packet checked again.
  • Plain questions instead of the USCIS instruction booklet.
  • Your Immiva fee back if an Immiva preparation error gets your filing rejected.

Why this matters

USCIS rejects roughly 1 in 10 filings at intake. Most of them were eligible.

The Lockbox does not call you about a blank field. It sends the packet back, and you start again at the end of the queue. These are the mistakes that do it.

  • An outdated form edition

USCIS replaces editions on its own schedule, sometimes with no grace period. The copy you downloaded two months ago can be refused on arrival.

  • A required field left blank

Some fields are optional and some are not, and the instructions rarely make it obvious which is which. A blank one sends the packet back unread.

  • The wrong fee, down to the dollar

A one dollar difference is enough. USCIS does not call to ask about it, and the fee schedule changes more often than people expect.

  • One payment form for two filings

Each benefit request needs its own G-1450 or G-1650. Cover two with one and both can come back, including the one that was perfect.

  • The wrong kind of address

Couriers cannot deliver to a P.O. box and USPS cannot deliver to some street addresses. The right packet sent the wrong way never arrives.

  • A missing signature

One unsigned page in a fourteen page form. The whole packet comes back and the months start over.

Immiva checks for every one of these before you print.

How Immiva works

One clear question at a time.

No dense instruction booklet. No mystery about what happens next. Just a structured path from your situation to a filing-ready packet.

  1. Check eligibility, free

Start with a short set of plain questions. Find your likely path, and any issues worth addressing, before you pay.

  2. Answer in plain English

Tell us about your situation once. Immiva maps each answer to the USCIS fields that need it.

  3. See checks as you go

Immiva checks dates, names, fields and filing rules as you work, and explains what needs attention.

  4. Review, sign, and file

Download your forms, personalized checklist and filing instructions. You review every page and control the submission.

Inside the product

USCIS language in. Plain questions out.

The instruction booklet for a single form runs to dozens of pages. Immiva reads it so you do not have to, then asks only the questions your own answers make relevant.

  • Every question says why it is being asked and what USCIS does with the answer.
  • Questions that do not apply to you never appear, so you never have to work out which ones to skip.
  • Enter a fact once and it carries onto every form in the packet that needs it.

What gets checked

Every answer, then the whole packet.

Checking is the product. It runs while you type, again against the rules for your specific application, and once more across the finished packet before you pay.

  • As you type

Dates, names, A-numbers and receipt numbers are checked against the format USCIS expects, in the field, before you move on to the next one.

  • Against the rules for your form

Continuous residence and physical presence for naturalization. The filing window for removing conditions. The income floor for an affidavit of support.

  • Across every form

The same fact has to read the same way on every page of the packet. Where it does not, Immiva shows you both answers and asks which one is right.

  • Against the current edition

USCIS replaces form editions on its own schedule. Immiva prepares the edition that is current at the moment you generate your packet.

  • In full, before you pay

The review lays out every answer you gave in plain language, next to the question that produced it. You read the whole thing before any money changes hands.

  • Every time you come back

Answers save as you go. Close the tab halfway through your travel history and pick it up on another day exactly where you left it.

What we cannot do

We cannot make USCIS faster.

N-400 cases average five to ten months. I-751 cases routinely reach eighteen to thirty. You will refresh the case status and read the same line for weeks, because it usually updates when a background check refreshes rather than when an officer opens your file.

That wait belongs to USCIS, and nobody outside USCIS can shorten it.

What you control is your own file. A Request for Evidence adds months. A rejection means filing again from the start. Those are the months worth protecting, and they are the ones Immiva is built for.

From people who filed

What people say after filing with Immiva.

  • I am on the road constantly. Five years of trips across eight countries, and I had no idea how to count any of it. Immiva ran the numbers and told me I was 11 days short of the 913-day physical presence threshold. Eleven days. I would have filed, paid the fee, and been denied. I waited six more weeks and filed clean.
    David K.N-400
  • My green card came through my first marriage, which ended in divorce. I had this background fear about naturalization ever since and just never filed. Immiva flagged that exact situation in the pre-filing review and told me what I would need to show the marriage was genuine. Three years I had been sitting on this. I take my Oath next month.
    Sandra M.N-400
  • I was dreading the paperwork, but it was incredibly straightforward. The questions were clear and my forms were ready in about an hour. I saved over $2,000 compared to hiring a lawyer.
    MariaI-751
  • The thing I hate most about USCIS forms is that you always end up in the instructions or on Reddit working out which questions you have to answer and which to skip. Immiva only showed me the fields I had to complete. Nothing more.

Why we built this

A lawyer charged us $2,000. The application was rejected anyway.

When we filed our own forms we did the sensible thing and hired an attorney. Afterwards we counted more than seventy errors in the paperwork we had paid for, and the kind of clerical mistake that any decent validation would have caught got the packet rejected.

So we built the validation. Every question is written in plain English, every answer is checked before it reaches a form field, and the whole packet costs less than most attorneys charge for an hour.

70+errors we found in one attorney’s work, after paying for it

The guarantee

If a mistake Immiva made gets your filing rejected, we refund what you paid Immiva.

We refund your fee if

  • Immiva put one of your answers in the wrong box on the form.
  • Immiva formatted an answer in a way USCIS refuses at intake.
  • Immiva carried your answers onto the forms incorrectly.

We cannot refund

  • The USCIS filing fee. That money went to the government, not to us.
  • A decision on whether you qualify. USCIS makes that call and nobody can promise it.
  • An answer you entered wrong, or a document you were asked to include and did not.

A narrow promise we keep is worth more than a broad one with fine print underneath it. Read the full guarantee terms

Common questions

Before you start.

Is Immiva a law firm?

No. Immiva is software run by Simple Immi LLC, a New Jersey company. We help you prepare your own forms accurately. We do not give legal advice and we do not represent you before USCIS.

How is this different from filling out the forms myself?

The forms are free to download. What the download does not give you is everything the instruction booklet expects you to work out on your own. Immiva has the official USCIS instructions built into the questions themselves: which items apply to your situation, which want N/A rather than a blank, which dates have to agree with each other, which pages have to be signed. Most rejections are not carelessness. They are a miscounted travel day, an empty box that should have said N/A, or a fee that changed since you last looked. Immiva is checking for those while you answer.

Which applications does Immiva support?

Naturalization (N-400), removing conditions on a green card (I-751), adjustment of status (I-485 with I-864), family petitions (I-130 with I-130A), work permits for H-4 and J-2 dependents (I-765), a change to H-4 status (I-539), and the combined H-4 status and work permit filing.

Do I pay USCIS filing fees through Immiva?

No. Government filing fees are paid directly to USCIS. Immiva charges $129 for preparing your packet and nothing else.

Does Immiva file with USCIS for me?

No. Immiva prepares and checks your application, and you are the one who files it. Depending on which application it is, that means signing and mailing the packet or uploading it through your own USCIS account. Either way, what gets submitted and when is your call.

How long does it take?

Most people finish the questions in under two hours, and everything saves as you go, so you can stop halfway and come back another day. After the last question you go through the review, and your packet is ready to download straight after that. Nothing sits in a queue waiting for a person to get to it.

What does the money-back guarantee cover?

If your filing is rejected because of an Immiva form-preparation error, we refund your Immiva fee. It does not cover USCIS eligibility decisions, information entered incorrectly, or supporting documents you were responsible for gathering.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your answers are locked on the way to us and stay locked while we hold them, so nobody can read them by getting at the files. We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to anyone else. And if you would rather we did not have it at all, deleting your account takes it with you.

Start with the free eligibility check.

The eligibility check takes about two minutes. No account, no card, no obligation to carry on. You will know whether you qualify, what your filing window is and what needs attention, before you spend anything.

No credit card required. Form data updated June 2026. Covers every Immiva-supported form.
